Who do you work with?
I specialize in working with photographers and small to mid-size organizations in commercial and retail markets.
I work with professionals that recognize the significant role visual messages play in branding, marketing, customer on boarding, customer experience, and customer retention.
They also understand that their website and social platforms need to operate as a marketing tool that works in tandem with their visual messages.
How long have you been doing this and how did you become an expert in visual branding and strategy for businesses?
I have worked professionally with photographers and the businesses that hire them or buy their images for 15+ years. I formally launched my company LLC in 2012.
Though these experiences I have gained a unique perspective of both the creators and buyers of images in a range of markets. This has enabled me to know why, what, where, and how your visual messages needs to be communicated for your audience to clearly understand your unique value proposition and to act on your calls to action.
What sets you apart from other business coaches and marketing consultants?
I have 15+ years of experience working with image professionals and companies in a wide range of commerce and art markets. Through these experiences I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that images and content offer businesses. My process hones in on the images, words, and content strategy you use with marketing principles that work.

The clients who have the best results are the ones who show up for themselves and for others. They are motivated to succeed and responsive to constructive criticism.
I approach every project with empathy, curiosity, and a mission to help you achieve your goals. I provide structure, guidance, support and encouragement. Because I want you to succeed I will also offer constructive criticism for the process to work.

Do you have a specific process?
Yes. My approach follows a series of visual and written steps that build on each other. They are also singular in that every step offers stand-alone value. My process is flexible to meet the needs of my clients where they need it most.
Zoom video meetings, Google Docs, a scheduling app, and Lightroom are the primary programs I use that make my process accessible and collaborative.

How do I get started?
After you first email me I will send you a short questionnaire to fill out and send me. This is confidential and will help me come to our first conversation prepared to discuss your unique needs and how I can best meet them. After I review the questionnaire we will schedule an introductory call. In our conversation we will go over your responses, cover where you are and where you want your business to be, and how I can help you get there.
When can we start?
We can usually schedule our first introductory call within a week after you return a short questionnaire, and begin working together one to two weeks from then. This also depends on your responsiveness and my availability.
How long does this take?
My process follows a series of steps that are collaborative and depend on your responsiveness and availability.
For photographers, a website assessment, edit, and positioning project will take two-to-four months with meetings ideally scheduled twice a month.
For organizations, an identity and strategy project will take one-to-six months depending on your goals and resources. Some organizations continue after this to maintain the strategy we put in place.
Do you have regular office hours?
My business hours are 9am - 5pm E.S.T., Monday through Friday. I generally schedule video meetings and phone calls between 9:30am – 2:30pm.
What types of payment do you accept and do you offer payment plans?
I accept checks, most major credit cards with FreshBooks, and Paypal. In some cases you can pay in installments depending on the scope of work. This may be considered a tax-deductible business expense.
Is this confidential?
Yes. I understand that we may be discussing your future plans, customers, work information, and other potentially private information. I will not use your private information for my own benefit or for a third party’s.
